Pre Shave: Hot Shower and Proraso Red
Razor: Schick L1
Blade: Personna (1)
Brush: ToBs Badger brush
Soap: Nanny's Signature Old Grey Bristle Test
Post: Cold water and Thayers unscented
AS: Tabac

First shave with the Nanny's soap I got for my birthday, I have mostly been using creams or Cella soap and I often palm lather, I went for a face lather and think I may not have got the best out this soap as my face was feeling a bit 'dry' during the shave and I needed a bit more soap for the 3rd pass. Still very impressed with the soap and post shave feel is great, I skipped my usual AS Balm to see how my skin would feel and I am now looking forward to tomorrows shave using the Nanny's soap and probably the El Jefe SE.

It was also my first time using a Personna blade in the Schick L1 and while I got a good shave, my chin area was better than I can usually get with a DE, the Schick blades I have been using are definitely better. I will give the Personna a few more tries but I may have 19 Personna blades going spare.
