Another month with something else to try, a new razor Above the Tie

I was planning for November to return to an injector and try the Supply but now it will have to wait until December as when I received my recent BST purchase from @jphelan81 I could not wait any longer to try it. What a beautiful razor. I paired it with a 80's Wilkinson blade kindly given by @jimmyc and what a lovely shave that was. I have a preference to mild razors and the SSRH plate with a 0.8 blade gap is not the mildest but it was so smooth and efficient that I am now reconsidering my choice of mild razors. The soap did not disappoint either. Usual performance you expect from Zingari, maybe the scent a tad too strong.

Have posted before using same kit apart from the blades, previously I was using Schick ultra Platinums.
The Personna (thank you @Boycie83) blades to me seem to give a smoother shave and I have also noticed that I am not getting a slight tingling/very mild itching after a hour or so. (shaved about half three) That I put down to getting used to the razor, also no tingle from aftershave just a feeling of cold.
I have still to try the Schick Proline b20 blades but they will have to be phenomenaly good to justify the extra cost over the Personna blades.
So first place so far Personna second schick ultra platinum.
So an even better shave than the last shave. (y) :)

A lovely shave mowing down 3 days of growth in three passes with touch ups. The Trumper’s Violet has a wondrous intense scent that I adore and provides a good, slick lather very easily. These London Bridge blades are top drawer and my newest brush ain’t half bad either…;)

No shave for me yesterday, iv had a sore back over the last few days and it pretty much peaked yesterday,
No way could i stand for any length of time but today it’s slightly better.
I pretty much had this idea in my head that this was going to be the best shave ever.
How wrong was i.
I received this soap this week from wet the face & i had high expectations and to be honest i wasn’t disappointed,
Two almond size dollops in a bowl & within seconds i had a luxurious creamy lather.
Straight from the puck i would say the scent was a 4-5 but once whipped up it was a 6-7 and a wonderful scent.
Where i went wrong was using the Dart,
i can’t do it anymore infact i would go as far as to say i hate it.
I know it’s me i know i can’t get the angle right and i know know i can’t be bothered persevering.
The razor for me is poor infact i now understand why Blackland has discontinued it.
Another gripe i have is i don’t have a proper mirror in my bathroom as i was getting one especially made and covid hit me with a long waiting list so i need to get on with it in the mean time and head in to the bedroom which dosent help.
Never Mind No shave tomorrow to let the scars heal lol
