Greetings,

Over the next 6-8 weeks it's my turn to start things off early at my work place, so it's up with the larks for a while.

It's been a long time since i last used the Wilkinson Sword Classic Razor, i paired it up with the Sputnik TC blade, which felt a little tuggy on the first pass, but the following passes performed with ease.

A enjoyable 3 pass + pick ups no-irritation silky smooth shave with no errors to report.

Finishing the shave off with some generous squirts of old Spice~bearglove a/s.

My face is feeling very smooth & smelling devine.;)

Enjoy your day, ladies & gentlemen.

Day 2

Today's shave was a bit rough with a few weepers. I am finding this blade gives more audible feedback than most of the other blades I have tried – is that due to thickness of the blade. It does feel thinner than the Lord, but not sure about the others. The reason I comment, is because, the sound is off, I don't know how to explain it, but its not the crisp sound of only whiskers being cut, something duller.

Overall, today's shave was acceptable, but is the feeling just the ‘2nd shave' blade settling in? Will find out tomorrow.

Cheers,

Brian

Prep ~ Shower, Olive Oil Soap
Razor ~ Hone Type 15
Blade ~ KAI Stainless
Soap ~ Razorock Blue Barbershop
Brush ~ Omega Boar
Post ~ Myrsol Blue Aftershave
Scent ~ Boellis Panama 1924 EDT (decant)

I find myself using the Hone more since the tip from @Uncle Sam regarding the KAI blades, I don't have to try to get a good shave, it now just happens.
The Barbershop scent from the soap is light and refreshing and the soap produces a great lather. The Myrsol Blue is a good accompaniment.
A spray of Boellis Panama 1924 was a great finnish to a great shave.

Wishing you all a good day.....:) P.
