Prep - shower
Bowl - glass
Soap - MWF (new formulation)
Brush - Semogue 1305 boar
Razor - Muhle R89 Twist
Blade - Racer Platinum Class (2)
Post - lather remains face wash, cold rinse, alum block
Splash - Sierran Breeze ASL
Balm - Nivea ASB
Fragrance - CK IN2U for men EDT

These weeks don’t half zip past! Anyway, tonight’s shave was wonderful. Plenty of slick, plump lather, although I find the boar brush harder work than synthetics, once it gets going, wow! Second use of Racer was nice and smooth and quite close. All in all, a decent weekend showing, face feeling and smelling excellent.

I don’t know if I can cope with this, I know it’s all in my mind, but now, not only can I smell sheep, but I think I got a whiff of pig!
Errrm, might be able to help you there!

Yesterday's shave:

First try of the Winner Platinum (courtesy of @mikesmart) and it produced a great result through a lot of face stubble but struggled around my neck... at least in my New.
Will give this blade another go soon using a pre-shave and maybe another razor.

The soap I got today and believe it to be Old English Lavender from Boots. It smells like it and performed really well. I gave it a good clean and lathered it all over before using it.

The little Gillette brush did a good job and may end up getting occasional use for a change from my excellent PAA from SatanFriendly.

Rating: 4 / 5

Razor: Gillette Bostonian (long comb New)
Blade: Gillette Winner Platinum
Brush: Gillette Standard
Lather: Boots Old English Lavender
Aftershave: Boots Freshwood

LPL Cedar & Patchouli
AP Shave Co 24mm Synbad
Gibbs 15 adjustable
Gillette Silver Blue notched
LPL AS

Notched several blades for the Gibbs adjustable razor to fit on the proprietary posts. Enjoyed a very nice slow shave with the first pass set on 5 to remove the bulk of two days heavy beard then set on N (3) to clean up any stragglers. Now sat in the patio in the sunshine but still cold enjoying a mug of coffee, have a pleasant day folks.

Fat February shave.
My Shave today consisted of..
Hot shower with Signature soaps Shower scrub Peppermint.
Prep Proraso preshave balm.
Brush Yaqi lucky dice synthetic.
Soap Mitchell's Wool Fat new new formula.
Razors Stainless steel Mongoose and Raz=r
Blade Feather Pro 10th use.
Aftershave Jean paul gaultier Ultra Male.

I can't believe just how fast Fat February has been and I have only missed 1 day.
The new formula performed excellent with the synthetic brush this time so I feel that it lathers easily with any type of brush unlike the Tallow version.
The Mongoose is always a joy to use and a first class shave with a first class finish achieved.

Enjoy this sunshine everyone woohoo.
