Old Spice bearglove

Can't wait to try out my newly acquired Gillette Slim adjustable with my original old spice puck but for today as it was a new razor I wanted to stick with a cream with loads of protection. Awesome shave BBS

Evening shave.

Lucky Tiger Face Scrub, BBA Shave Oil.
Castle Forbes Lime Cream.
Vie-Long/Lea horse hair brush.
Little Wren Pottery.
Gillette Super Adjustable Black Beauty.
Gillette Nacet (1).
Thayers Witch Hazel (unscented).
Lime Balm by @neilbart.

First use of a horse hair brush courtesy of a generous PIF from @ajc347 and I was impressed. It whipped up a luxurious lather in no time, and it felt nice and soft on my face. A very good shave, but I think I may have been spoilt a little by The General in the last few days.

Monday 25th SEptember

sotd 25 SEpt.JPG

Pre Shave: Hot Shower + L'Oreal Pure Power Charcoal Face Wash and Proraso Green
Razor: OneBlade CORE v2
Blade: Feather FHS (#1)
Brush: Mason Pearson super badger
Cream: Agua de Colonia Barberia
Post: Alum Block, Cold water and Thayers Lavender Witch Hazel
AS: Balm by @neilbart

Shave interrupted this morning and only manged two quick passes on two days growth, luckily the CORE is a great razor for speed shaving. The result felt quite good but by lunchtime the stubble was showing.

Blade: Gem ss #4
Razor: ER 1912
Soap: Lea Jabon
Brush: Omega 30mm synth Barber Handle
Scuttle: Giles
Post: Thayers Witch Hazel (Cucumber)
Balm: Lime #c in trial
EDT: CK no1

Beautiful evening shave using the amazing ER 1912 and the superb Lea soap that I grated into a newly acquired @Roscotanna scuttle.
I am slowly falling in love with the Omega, she really works her socks off mixing lather and paints your face with the softest of touches.
The three day growth was dismissed without any hesitation.

Really happy with the BBS result after a 3 pass shave with a bit of buffering.

Enjoy your shaves folks! :)
