Greetings,

A very late posting of my morning shave, due to me starting my shift at 4:30am..Just got back from the mill a hour a go.

My shaves this week have all been consistantly good, the duo stars of the the shave was the Omega S10065 synthetic brush, & the ladas ss blade both performed wonderfully. The frankenrazor performance was superb, resulting in another very comfortable 3 pass + pick ups near bbs shave with no errors to report.

Finishing the shave off with a generous dollop of Palmers ~ Cocoa Butter Formula 24 hour moisture, which is ideal protection against the winter elements for my rhino skin...A very comfortable enjoyable sublime shave.

My face is feeling smooth, & smelling devine.

SOTD Friday 18 January 2019 :)

Pre-shave: Hot shower, cold water splash and Wright's Cold Tar Soap, followed by Castle Forbes Pre-shave.
Cream: Martin de Candre Fougere .
Brush: Muhle Silvertip Fibre.
Bowl: NA = Face lather.
Razor: Blackland Vector.
Blade: Kai Captain (Pink) Mild (1).
Post: Ibiza Aloe - Aftershave Aloe Vera and a decent splash of D R Harris Bay Rum aftershave.

First run out of the Blackland Vector - an amazing razor; its like the minimum amount of stainess steel was used to make a razor that could fit round the razor blade - the Vector glides round the face with ease, shaving very efficiently, yet mild.

I am used to SE razors with a degree of heft; the Vector is different; its almost as if the razor is in the background and the blade is at the fore.

2 passes and I was BBS-/DFS+ - went for a third pass dolphin finish, with no issues.

Have a great day all,

Chris
