Shrink wrap and gift boxes

This is two questions in one...
First, shrink wrap. I've bought a bunch of small wicker baskets with a view to doing gift baskets; probably the main place I'll sell them will be at the couple of fairs I'm doing between now and Christmas, and a couple of specific orders in Ireland. But I can't really transport easily, nor can the buyer, a rectangular basket with stuff in it, nestled on a bed of wood wool. So, against all my better instincts, I thought of shrink wrap. But what sort? Does anyone know about it, and the different sorts, and better still, could send me an Ebay link to a suitable sort. Most of the stuff on Ebay talks about pallets....which sounds like it might be more heavy duty than required. All I want is something that will stop the contents falling out, and be sufficiently robust.
Second question....all and any ideas for ways to keep the contents in place, but still visable, that don't involve plastic, very welcome.

When you say shrink wrap do you mean cling film?

Years ago I worked in a well known supermarket (on refection it is not so well known now as it was taken over by Morrisons) and we would use a big roll of cling film to wrap things up and stop them moving about. It used to work well on pallets of food and other items. Once you put a couple of wraps of it around what ever you want to keep steady it does stop them moving about.

As for keeping things steady in the actual basket how about horticultural fleece? If you buy it in bulk it is cheap and the white colour will look quite professional against the wicker basket in my opinion.

I'd say get some restaurant grade cling film, it's thicker than the stuff you get at the supermarket, but not pallet stuff.
For stuffing, use hay, or those strands of wood and stuff you can get in any petstore.. gives it a nice "country" feel to it.

45 cm wide would be good, the standard kitchen one is 30 cm.

for the hay, something like this:

A friend of mine (no it's not me...) on his stag night ended up naked, blacked up with Kiwi boot polish from head to foot & pallet-wrapped (with a similarly "done" lass on the other side) to a lamp post in Portrush on his stag night (her hen night, they didn't know each other, in fact neither party knew each other at the start of the night).

The RUC were most amused and sat with the spotlight on them for a good 20 minutes before freeing them (all the while my mate is shouting to the effect of "go and catch some fucking terrorists you bastards")

Hay would look very professional :)

Presumably you will be selling your products in the wicker baskets Sharon?

FB, I've got wood wool, which looks appropriately natural, and is. I have some cling film in a cutter box, from a supermarket, and did notice that it seems stronger than the usual cling film.......I'm going to try using it and giving it the hair dryer treatment, and see what happens. About time my hairdryer got some use. :D
I don't really want to use plastic wrap at all.
SB73....I don't believe it about the blokes in the warehouse....but suspect your sellotape blog gets more hits per second than mine does in a month.
Hunny - I saw a similar event in Wales in the middle of the afternoon, a guy wrapped naked to a lampost....I felt guilty as we drove by....and didn't have my hair dryer to hand at the time.
AdamD - yes, a selection of the few I have....a women's one with some body butter, bar soap, lip balm, maybe a bath bomb and ..... I think that's it. And a man's one with a Vulfix 404 or cheaper version with vegan alternative..., shaving soap, lip balm and bar soap....or various combinations of the above. I haven't really started putting them together yet
The hunt continues.......
