What's the cheapest way to ship a roughly 20x20x20cm box to the US with Tracking?

Royal Mail are quoting £17.20.

To be honest with you I expect Royal Mail are the cheapest". We send a parcel to California every December, and last year we looked at other ways. Most were a lot more, more than double in some cases.

I sent a similar box 25 x 25 x 7.5 cm to the US a couple of weeks ago the cost was £12.35 tracked with Royal Mail. The cost also depends on weight.
I didn't consider it a bad deal to be honest. The tracking worked a treat.

I send a few razors there quite regular and I usually end up paying about £14.95 for Royal Mail international signed for tracked and insured up to £250 the last three razors I have sent got there within a week.
