Pre: Village Barber oil
Soap: Bath House "Spanish Fig & Nutmeg"
Brush: Pav "Chieftain" Hobo-coin 24mm 2-band
Razor 2: Mongoose Satin w/Dr. Bomber handle
Blade: Feather Super (2)
Post: Thayer's witch hazel, followed by Village Barber balm
First time with this soap, it was a gift from my brother-in-law. He did his homework, picking a soap that I haven't tried (or heard of) and it's a cracking good soap too. Soap has a lovely scent that rivals other expensive soaps. Very nice indeed.
This brush is amazing! Lovely soft tips and a handle that fits like a glove. Rivals my M&F Chief. The Feather super blade mellowed out for this second attempt. Still bloody sharp, but smoother.

Scott did a wonderful job on that brush.

Enjoy!

Bulldog Face Wash
Wickham's Super Smooth Sheridan's
Vie-Long 13065 Amphora Horse
Ever Ready Lather Catcher
Ever Ready (Vintage) [1]
Hot Rinse, Cold Rinse & Alum Wash
Witch Hazel Toner
Brut Musk Aftershave

Bowl Lathered
Two Pass - WTG & XTG

Quite an experience using a vintage Ever Ready blade - I'm not sure just how old it is, but it was fully packaged and sharp, so I disinfected it and gave it a good stropping; in use, quieter than a modern GEM blade perhaps due to it being a little thicker and stiffer, smoother and capable indeed!

SATURDAY MORNING

Razor: Waterhouse 7/8 Japanese grind
Strop: Waterhouse Linen & Leather
Brush: Muhle V2 synthetic
Croap: Wickham Spice Trade
AS: Brut
Balm: Zirh Soothe
EDT: Caron Le Troisiemme Homme

First shave with my Waterhouse today.

Not only does Mike make beautiful razors he's a honemeister as well! The git! (Not that I'm jealous you understand).

A very, very nice shave with this. Smooth and sharp and complimented by the strop which feels great.

TBH I think my two new 'custom' razors may well become my favourites.

First use of the CRSW Paradise and I'm slightly underwhelmed by the scent of it; coconut and vanilla are two of my favourite scents but I can't pick up either despite them being part of the description. Performance, however, is the usual Premier league standard. I was brave enough to go ATG on the last pass and I'm rewarded with a wonderful shave.
That's good to hear since I'm not a fan of coconut, and I've held off buying my own CRSW Paradise for that reason. If it doesn't work for you, I'll swap you something. ;)

Will do.
