Monday Evening

TOBS Sandalwood cream bowl lathered
Gillette Ball End Tech
Feather (2)
Alum, Witch Hazel
Pinaud VIBR
T&H Sandalwood balm

TOBS cream irritated my face as it does from time to time. I like the Tech, it doesn't shear away a forest of growth in one pass like some razors but just gently gets the job done in three passes resulting in a nice BBS shave. The VIBR feels like a chilli face wash but I love the scent and and the way it leaves my skin.

Jumping on the bike (of the push variety) and off to work now. Got a nice bottle of Auchentoshen today so looking forward to a dram when I get in at 8am!!

Monday evening

Merkur 37C slant
Wilkinson Sword
Crabtree & Evelyn super badger
Ingram
Alcolado Glacial

Haven't used The Ingram for what seems ages and I'm trying to use up my older stuff tojustify opening new stuff and there's about 1/5th of this left in the tube. Forgot how much I enjoy Ingram and what a great shave you get from it. Used with the slant/WS combo produced one of the smoothest, most comfortable shaves I've ever had.

Tuesday

Nanny's Yushu
Semogue SOC Boar
iKon Slant
Gillette 7 o'clock Black
TOBS Shaving Shop AS
L'Occitane Baux EdT

Just a quick two passes with the slant this morning gave a more than acceptable shave. In and out of the bathroom in less than ten minutes.

Prep: hot flannel followed by Proraso pre shave balm while bowl lathering
Brush: Omega 11713 boar
Soap: MWF
Razor: Merkur progress
Blade: Trig silver edge

Not a bad shave considering just switched back after two weeks SE shaving.
Tried out before but still don't like the blade just seems dull from the start

Technique got s lot better recently so maybe it's time to try a feather ...
