Rhodes kriss kross

does anyone know if any blade can be modified to be used in a rhodes kriss kross.

Looking at B&B suggests that a gem is suitable although they were probably hollow ground blades originally.

hi rob, i should of put a pic in first, there must be two different types, as the blade that is with it is like half the depth of a gem, i have pictured it with a personna injector to give some perspective.

it has the patent july 13 1926
