It certainly does when you consider the sums mentioned in the Pakistan team a couple of years ago. Remember that this was in a high profile series against England - so his claim of £5m seems extravagant - could he be exaggerating do you think? He seems to have gone out of his way to be controversial about the likes of Atherton.
