Razor identification help needed.

I'm beginning to think that it's a frankenrazor in the wrong box!

the blade doesn't always sit level

Interesting razor init,it's all part of the fun.I think the wilkinson sword blades work quiet well in it,but you still have to jigger the blade about to get it about 90% in alightment , can never get perfect just train your eye to see if the blade is correct ish.
