If it helps I am running OS 6.1.3 and it works. I do have the TapTalk HD version too, I tried it on their and it failed.

If I'm reading it correctly, my colleague in India has the same issue. Android all OK, Tapatalk 1.x for iOS OK, Tapatalk 2.x and Tapatalk HD for iOS not OK...

just tried HD Version again and it still gives the same message. I have Tapatalk Version v1.16.0 which works.
