Personal Xmas gifts

I like to give myself a gift each Christmas - a good excuse for any extravagance at this time of year.

So, after 44 years, I'm going to have these framed:

I didn't know that Wembley was the Empire Stadium, you learn something new everyday.

Nice memorabilia of what must have been a fantastic day. It would be brilliant if we could get the 2018 finals, but looking unlikely at the moment.

One of the things I most enjoyed that weekend was buying all the main Sunday papers. I still have them and relive the day when I show them to young kids in the family.
