A guy over on TSN had the complete collection including backups and they went bad... Scent was fine but would no longer lather. IIRC Pannacrema just said "user error"

I understand the 7 grams of water but the two stages is very confusing. When should stage one end and stage two begin? 4m 23sec or 6:32 sec in?
