I've been working on a couple of old razors and wondered if anyone has any information on the manufacturers.
First is one stamped Wrigglesworth and which I think is round about the 1820 - 1830 era based on shape and the stub tail. The scales are pretty much parallel and look a great deal different to when I un-pinned them.
This one is stamped Paine & Simpson - another old one but not as old as the Wrigglesworth. Lovely ivory scales again.
