Just under my chin is where I have most problems when trying to get a smooth shave. Try to avoid going over the same area time and time again, especially when you are new too this. Always make sure you have soap on the area you are about to be shave. Don't use any pressure at all, just let the weight of the razor do the work. Finally, take your time! You'll get there, it just takes practice and perseverance.
