I understand you aren't talking wart; same process. We have used that at my house, my wife is an RN, she has taken several tags off of me, and one pesky mole.

Not sure what your mole looks like.... it's gonna leave a nasty scab for a while, and sometimes you have to do it more than once. Especially on your lip..... You can freeze/burn the hell out of it to get it all, but we aren't talking about your shoulder here.

They get smaller as time goes by. I have a couple on my chin that have almost disappeared now, and a little skin tag that is far more persistent.

Skin tags are easily dealt with. Tie a piece of cotton around it as tightly as you can and leave it. The blood supply will stop and it will die and fall off cleanly leaving no mark. it'll take about a week
