Below the page header but above the forum index I have a mini chat window appeared, how do I get rid of it please?

I have been trying it, but it does not seem to work for me.

It is slightly confusing though as it says that there are 15 users using it :?

Don't know how managed to get it worked. I got that error. The feature's gone now.
