I thought the same. The Mrs was screaming at the TV about how much time it was taking her to prepare Scallops and Almonds and I replied with "but she has no f*****g cooking to do" just plate it up and put a couple of coloured blobs beside it.

Yep, I think that was a disappointing round for her. I know there were sauces involved but that was about it. If she'd sussed opening an almond earlier there really would have been bugger all to do. No wonder the hundred or so Michellin-starred chefs seemed rather under-whelmed. I haven't seen the final show but my prediction is that Ash will win. Don't tell me, I'm watching it tonight!!
 
Greg won by default making some beans on toast...

apparently Ash and Steve were caught bending Claire over a plancha and getting saucy.
