Yes I know, sounds a bit high falutin and poncy, but it bloody works!
I am a big fan of the Cade ASB, and like the ASB this is not cheap. Retails for around £20. The instruction state use morning and night, I used it as an ASB, and used it on my face after washing prior to bed. My face has never felt better or so comfortable.
I think my regime will be the ASB in the morning AFG in the evening.
