Lavender

I just tried two Iberian Lavenders. I prefer the Ach Brito to the discontinued Puig.

I have an Les Bénédictines de Chantelle Lavender on order. I have a few others Caldrey, Cella possibly a Berdoues.



What's your favourite?

I had high hopes for Puig, but it didn't work out for me. Ach Brito? Oh, yes! That's a good one. Highly alcoholic, which suits me perfect! My journey, as it were, kinda stopped there.

They both become soapy clean after dry down. Either could be worn to the office and disappear by 10am or just as a après les bain cologne to smell fresh in your jim jams without having to cut your betty swollocks off.

I did like Cella Eau de Lavande.
I will reorder once I run out of everything else.

I'm a big fan of lavender and have the Puig EdC and have had the Caldey Island also, have never tried the Ach Brito but I will do at some point. P.

I'm a big fan of lavender shaving products too - Caldey Island is good - but the longevity isn't up to much - first choice for scent for me would be Pour Un Homme De Caron edt - opens medicinal lavender and beds down to something like vanilla - the sillage is excellent for what it costs. I also enjoy using Quorum aftershave and edt - proper old school. I.
