Jonah Lomu R.I.P.

Couldn't believe it when I read this. I remember him, ball in hand, running for the try line with wannabe tacklers just hanging off him. Don't think the rugby world had seen anything quite like him when he came along. Such a sad loss at such a young age - RIP.

Truly a sad sad day.
The world of sport and in particular the game of rugby union has lost a hero and by all counts one of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet.
A credit to his country and to the sport that he passionately played... RIP big man.

Just watched the video and it brought so many memories back. Not just his speed, but the power he had whilst running and the force he put into some of those hand offs would have made Mike Tyson proud. Not to mention the first time we saw him role England over ( and litterally run straight over Mike Catt ) it was like watching schoolboys playing against adults. Awesome is the only word that describes his rugby, and my Kiwi friends tell me he was the most kind approachable guy they ever met.
