It's a lot to pay for a synthetic brush. What are you looking for, and why do you think this may be the answer?

Really don't see the point at that price, and as for more hygienic what's that all about ?

I'm looking for a non-badger hair brush. I am currently using the Wilkinson Sword brush, having started with a cheap Men-U brush I picked up in Boots with a free tube of shave cream for around £9.

Men-U do some more expensive brushes, at around £20 - £30. What are they like, I wonder?

Boar is non badger!

There's a huge variety under £30.

But this one is in line with your question:

I'm tempted to buy it for my brush blog but someone like yourself ought perhaps to take the hit and give it a go. We will all benefit from your review!

I've gone for an Edwin Jagger Ebony Chatsworth, ordered this morning, which I'll happily review when it turns up, of course.

At £34.30 it's almost half the price of the Jack Black. :)

Thanks for the responses, I may look seriously at one of the Men-U brushes as a second or travel brush. You'll be the first to know if I do.
