I enjoy Iced coffee on hot days but I haven't tried any using my gaggia. I always made it with instant before I bought the machine. Here is a link to a blog I found in case anyone else fancies having a go

When I do it, I use espresso as base and then ice cubs and then cold milk... I like the caffee Freddos you can have in Italy as well (pure espresso with suger added when hot and then they freez it and it becomes like slushy - rather yummy too, I think, but maybe not for the aficionado :)).
