hello,
i have been wet shaving for 3 weeks after 20 years in the wilderness.
threw the multi blade razor in the bin and bought a Merkur 34c HD and a EJ pure Badger brush and turned the clock back. happy days no bad experiences as yet ( thats done it ). although i don't remember there being so many makes of blades and soaps (maybe my memory fails me plus i didn't have access to the internet back then.

Hi & very welcome Ralphie. If you're like a lot of us you'll probably find that after an initial period of trying out various "stuff" you'll settle down to a more basic collection of tried & trusted "go to" kit for most days. Not to say that you'll not still obtain other objects of strong desire as you travel on !
