I ordered a strop from Neil at the strop shop when i was offshore and i came home on Wednesday and no sign of the strop.
I e mailed Neil about this and straight away said he would get another one in the post to me which was yesterday the strop he sent yesterday arrived today.
Now thats what i call great customer service and i hope the first one Neil sent arrives as well so i can send it back to him so Neil is not out of pocket.
