this turned up today, i've soaked it and cleaned it up a bit. it's in nice condition, has a good weight to it as well.

i've now added it to the queue to try out, i've got a backlog as i liked using my Slim adjustable so much.

Tech next, then Fatboy, then Rocket

I had my first shave with my rocket HD today, great shave, i like this razor with a 7 O'clock yellow :) i can see me using this razor a lot!

i used my aluminium tech for the shave before this one, being so light i noticed i was putting pressure on the razor, didnt enjoy the shave much, i think that razor will be a one to go back to at some point.

You may find that, once you get used to not applying pressure automatically, the Tech becomes a nicer razor for you to use. Having said that, I don't own one, and I have no interest in buying one. I like the razors I already own (including an HD Rocket which I had replated) too much!

i think you're right, if i used the tech for a while i would get used to the light weight and not apply any pressure like my other razors.

i prefer heavier razors at the moment though, i was using a slim adjustable and merkur 34c before the tech.

Quite mild Rockets, very nice smooth shaver, very jealous. I dont personally get on with the Gillette razors, but it saves me a fortune on the bay!
