Got a puck of GFT Sandalwood 2nd from another member here and wow!
I was ready for a pish soap due to all the bad publicity these soaps get.

After soaking the puck while showering I stuffed my 1305 in the soap followed by 20 sec swirling and face lathered.


Performance is on par with Palmolive stick, tho there is even less scent. Great soap in all aspects imho.
 
There are some good ones and some bad ones. I've had a go with some bad ones, they are rubbish. I still have one good one and it's brilliant.

The company that made the duds doesn't exist anymore so I can only assume all new stock will be better.
 
I use one as my travel soap. I've pushed it in a round plastic tub which I float in a bowl of hot water for a couple of minutes. Get a great lather from it. I've found it is "utter cock" if used cold.

I have a couple of seconds stored away if anyone wants to try one. I'm always in the market for a trade!
 
Got the GFT limes one in the wooden bowl last week, used it a couple of times since. I seem to get a good lather from it. Lathers a lot easier than the Kent, which is the only other hard soap I've tried.
No complaints so far.
