GEM SE Blades

Hi Parwin, I don't know anything about the ones on the Safety Razors site, however I use the GEMs from Paul @ Connaught for regular SE shaving. If you want to try a couple before buying just PM me and I'll PIF a few down to you. The GEMs are definitely shaving quality.

Thanks for the replies. I have a couple of blades left (kindly PIF'd by a member) but just wanted to make sure I was getting the right ones. :)

There are a number of posts here, advising these blades are available from Connaught. I went on the site to order some but it says on the picture ' fits all standard razor blade tools'. Are these really for shaving

Well, I have used them and they're fine.

Blades - are these just standard GEM PTFE coated (as Connaught sells), or something different? I ask because to be honest I really like SE shaving but i don't really find the blades sharp enough or even smooth enough sometimes. Thanks
