As the takeover happened some years ago (2007 according to a Google trawl) I don't see any need to panic at the moment.

Erasmic bowl for sale in two different marketing styles in Plymouth Savers today. The new one was discounted at 20p cheaper than the Classic. Ingredients seem to be the same (but my middle-aged eyes were struggling - I'd 'run out of arm').
