They're actually not. I didnt have the correct tool for doing them, but over two or three theads the tool i had works fine. I ended up putting a 1.25mm thread on with a 60 degree cutter which will as i say suffice for a few threads, anything more than that and it would start to bind and cross threads. But as there are only two threads ln the handle it works pretty nice.
