Donate a chess set?

Right, I'll get the ball rolling...

"H" will these be OK? http://www.chesssets.co.uk/chess-sets/school-chess-sets/school-tournament-chess-set-in-green

I will organise a group buy, once we get above 10 then they will be £7.50 delivered.
Anyone who is willing to donate can PayPal (gift) me the money and I will place the order.

So, I will commit to 2.

Roll up Gents, we could have a Grand Master on our hands ;)
Reply below with your comittment, £7.50 each.

Great idea JC - I'll put in myself.

Some additional behind this - The highly-motivated new hire teacher has asked for funding from the Parent Council to buy boards, pieces - no mention of chess clocks yet...

Sadly the Parent Council's constitution means that funding requests are strongly preferred to impact the maximum number of pupils so unfashionable departments and projects are (in my mind) unfairly disadvantaged. I'm trying to get the minds altered to change it to a £ per pupil mindset but I'm perhaps the sole mathematical nut on board there...

Guys, many thanks, but can you just let me know how many chess sets you are commiting to at the moment.

Once we are at 12 sets then I will ask for the PP payments.
£7.50 per set.

Cheers.
