Don’t know if anyone is interested but I wrote to Derby the other week about their plastic tucks.
They answered, which is nice.
Got this reply-
“Thank you for using Derby Razor Blades and your sentience. At the beginning, we use plastic to keep the blades in safe. But know, we started to search for carton filling machines. Please be informed that is not easy to find a machine park with reasonable investment. Also, we produce Derby Mini ( attached photo ) without any plastic. In future, we hope to remove plastic.

Also you can get Derby Extra in plain cardboard box, singly wrapped.
