Collar Stiffeners

I had to remove my metal ones before they would allow me through airport security, in the opinion of the staff they could constitute a weapon.
And then again they might have just been buggering me about.

Blimey, never had that before. Granted they asked me to remove them temporarily but I got them straight back.
This is what happened to me, but there had to be a great debate on their part - I didn't give a shit - with several people giving their opinions before I got them back.

I use to work with someone who's uncle was an associate of a certain pair of brothers in gangland London. He kept razor blades in his collars.

They must if been buggering you around though, how a collar stiffener could be used as a weapon beats me.
