Cauliflower?

Right, so if you spice it, pretend its a potato or cover it in cheese that makes it palatable.....what's the point?

We have it regularly, stir fried florettes, flavoured with garlic and sesame seed, and its lovely.
Broccolis 's nice that way too.

Yum! Bacon goes well with cauliflower cheese and macaroni cheese. Actually, bacon is a great partner for cheese full stop. Best crispy. :hungrig

Forget the Cauli then, you'll be wanting a bacon + cheese sani then with a bit of onion.

1) fried and served with mayonnaise
2) boiled and then served with breadcrumbs browned on a little bit of oil, sour cream as sauce
