Can you not edit posts made in the vendor section?

I made a typo in one of my posts and wanted to correct it. I can't find the option to edit it though. Is the functionality locked in there?

I think it's something to do with that particular post. We'll get back to you. In the meantime I have deleted your duplicate posts - hope that's OK.

When I try and view the posts I get:

"You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post."

There's not even an option to reply for me either.

I've copied this over from the Vendors section for consideration:

You have set disable BBcode & disable smilies on your posting form.

I haven't I promise!

Every other section apart from the Vendors section works fine.
