BigBoar's No4 Bay Rum.

Hi Chaps,

I've been playing around with Bay Rums for a little while, had a couple of failures so not wanted to post about it till now.

I reckon I've cracked it!

The one I'm brewing at the minute is ginger and black cardamom, and will be ready for mid September.

So, I'll have about six 50ml bottles looking for testers in mid September. I know some of you are proper rum heads so if you guys would like to try it and give me feedback please let me know.
