I occasionally have to spend time in places that aren't home, sometimes at no notice. last week was three nights in that there London. I took my razor, some blades, bought a Palmolive stick and graciously forgot my brush. The humiliation. I Googled and found shops around Lambeth and then, with malicious aforethought, got dragged into various pubs each night by my hosts.

I have decided I need a Go Bag for shaving.

Do you have one? What's in yours?
 
Fits in a fairly compact Snugpak Essentials wash bag:

Whichever of my DE or cartridge razors that takes my fancy as I pack
A mixed 10 pack of DE blades or appropriate cartridges
A tiny synthetic brush: 19mm Muhle Silvertip Fibre in travel tube
Palmolive stick in a La Toja holder or Speick shaving cream
Simple Rich moisturiser in winter, witch hazel in summer
A few fragrance samples (currently from Floris and Penhaligons)
Small bottles of shampoo and shower gel topped up from whatever's on the go in the bathroom
Face wash, toothbrush in holder and toothpaste
Mitchum roll-on antiperspirant, American Crew Fiber hair gunk, Vaseline
Comb, tweezers, nail clippers, scissors, folding mirror, sewing kit, mini first aid kit, £10 note

I have a WENGER Hanging Toilet Bag which I got from Tesco's during one their voucher offers and it does the job well.

I always DE so I always have a pack of 10 Feather Blades in the bag and of course a Razor.
A cheap brush from Boots Men-U.
Tube of Men-U Shave Cream the small one does about 20 shaves and lathers up quite well too just about an almond size directly on the brush.
Arran Aromatics Bay Citrus Post Shave Cream
Small bottles of shampoo and conditioner from Sainsbury's Boots and/or Tesco. (best to buy a few they usually are cheaper to buy 2 or 3).
Face cloth, Roll on deodorant, A Comb, Travel Toothbrush and Toothpaste and small bottle of Mouthwash.
Polo No3 Aftershave ( I just keep this bottle in the bag for travelling)
Travel Mirror and that's my lot.
 
1. Dr Bonner's Peppermint Soap - bath, hair, shave, tooth paste.

4. Pack of Derby 1/2 Blades
5. Alum. For face and Deodorant

1: What ever razor I fancy at the time

2: Vintage Gillette blade holder (filled with 10 Polisilver Stainless)

3: NF Tubby 1 Brush in travel tube

4: Profs ASB and tube of 444

5: Clinique moisturiser

6: Electric Toothbrush and toothpaste
 
A folding toothbrush and small toothpaste, shampoo and shower gel live always in my hanging bag along with some nail scissors. As I pack I grab the Feather Artist Club, La Toja stick, a bottle of Blighty aftershave and the Simpson Major brush.
 
I also travel quite a bit, so have a bag ready. It's a leather bag from Debenhams (Jasper Conran maybe?)

Shaving wise, it has:

Either a birth year Superspeed or a Merkur four piece travel razor
Palmolive stick
Small travel brush
TOBS aftershave gel
Witchdoctor gel
Face cloth
Spare blades

Does me fine..
