Avatar......NOT!

Hey folks,
I have an avatar, 125x125px 10kB JPG. Have uploaded it a zillion times, it always says

Your avatar has been changed successfully.
You will now be returned to your User CP.

yet after it reloads I have no avatar anywhere.... I'm uploading it from my PC, or a URL none of them works...

Could you pls check it?
