LOL!Attar recieved in Sweden but not tested yet because to be on the safe side I need to buy some paracetamol first
Hopefully it was a one off. I've been using attars for the past 12 months without any problems, though they were all copies of western frags... These genuine/originals seem to be a bit more potent.
How about Ensar Oud?There's a world of difference between the knock-offs (CPOs, I prefer to call them ... Concentrated Perfume Oils) and then next tier, which are the cheapo Eastern oils. When you take the next step up to something like Ajmal you'll feel more like you've stepped away from Avon and up to YSL, or something.
Beyond that, scratching the surface a little more you'll find more artisinal blenders ...
For an immediate fix, look for abu-al-hifs on eBay. He blends some lovely concoctions and rotates scents quite frequently. Keep an eye on.
How about Ensar Oud?
I believe Ensar Oud are gaining traction as are Rising Phoenix Perfumes.I don't know anything about them ...
For the price, I'd be looking at Sultan Pasha.
The Majmua 96 attar is among the top attars available worldwide. It is well known attar that is prepared by well blending of four different Indian attars which are Ruh Khus, Kewda, Mitti and Kadam attars. These four attars are blended in the base of sandalwood essential oil to get this amazing majmua attar.
Madinah is a Oriental Floral fragrance for men. The fragrance features citruses, orchid, rose, jasmine, saffron and sandalwood.
wow thats some collection mate, lots of muslims always have attars but i really doubt that muchSee the first post @saj1985
I'd add Al Aneeq to the list who can be bought via oudh.co.uk
Many of mine that I have kept (I've probably bought 200-250 oils altogether and retained maybe 100) are from Fragrance of Arabia whose quality I find very good and consistent. Otherwise, a good few from Ajmal and some very fly blends from abu_al_hifs on eBay.
Bricks and mortar, yeah, it's Islamic gift shops.
