'Angled' DE Razors

I can see the word 'Glydex' on the packaging:

The "New Super Shaver" < catchy!

... and notice the tab-covering "special safety ends".

So whatever happened to these razors? Did they just die out? Asking as personna still do the de/se blades

Way too heavy, unbalanced and awkward. 2/10.
... and looks crap.

If the style of the razor somehow grabs you, look to Muhle and their Rocca which also took some inspiration from that old Merkur.

Schick Krona has been mentioned by @Bogeyman which is not as angular as some, but has a definite slope to the head that aligns with the guard bar. See the marked incline before the tops caps plateau?

... as with all double edge razors, they morphed (their interests and markets) into cartridges. Here, Personna followed on the design with their Double II:

Gillette came up with the II ... Personna doubled it

... a twin-DE cartridge? Double-twin(jector)? Personna nailed every permutation with this one.

Actually got the krona recently but not used it yet, hear it's a great milf shaver somewhat like the tech

I did not like the weight of the winning razor and the lather holes were a pain to keep clean compared to normal slots.

Henson mild was much better in my opinion, now to try the V2!

Yea I think any with like more then a few days hair worth of growth would have to keep rinsing due to the lather holes, good razor otherwise YMMV

The winning razor is for efficient then the Henson medium to me anyways
