It would look nothing like the glossy, smooth, finished product you see here. 3d printed things require a ton of work to remove the visible layers and almost always requires painting to achieve a glossy nonporous finish.

It is casted in acrylic then about 10 hours of hand sanding, polishing and finishing work.

I cast silver jewellery so I can appreciate the effort involved with finishing by hand! I do have an idea for a shaving handle for myself and would like to cast in acrylic - do you do the casting yourself?
