I’d just like to say how impressed I have been with Agent Shave’s customer service. A couple of weeks ago I noticed that the screw that tightens the top plate on my Leaf razor was just spinning and not clamping as it should. I contacted Agent Shave and they told me to send it to them for inspection as it was under Leaf’s lifetime warranty. Chris from Agent Shave installed a new screw mechanism and returned it to me within a week. He kept me updated throughout the process. I just wanted to give a shout out to the company and it’s good to know that the after sales backup is there should you need it.
