1924 help needed if possible.

Hi guys.

I've just received a ER 1924 from the States and the comb is a bit uneven with a slight dent in it. I'm taking my time and knocking it into line carefully but I need a few measurements if any one can assist.

If anyone has a Shovel head and some feeler gauges could you...
Measure the gap between comb and top cap without blade in and...
Measure gap between comb and blade? Metric or Imperial is fine.

It's the later version with the front of the comb being slightly flatter than the earlier rounded one.

From front of comb(the edge that makes contact with your face) to the front of the cap 5.82mm

From front of comb(the edge that makes contact with your face) to leading edge of blade
2.48mm
Measured with a digital caliper. Calipers showed a slight variance on multiple measurements. Numbers chosen were those that repeated.
