This is a lovely Helvetia solid (hallmarked) 18 carat gold gents wristwatch. Dates to the mid 1940's and has the Helvetia 800c hand wound movement.
The case diameter is 33mm and has a lovely slim profile.
The watch is keeping accurate time and will run for around 40 hrs on a full wind.
It's in overall very good condition for its age and is supplied with a new leather strap.
