Here is a thread about this brush already started in the brushes section:

These brushes are exclusively available only through QEDusa. The brand name was adopted by the owner, Charles. There is much speculation about the manufacturer. This has never been disclosed.
The QED website contains a lot of useful information about brushes in general: <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.qedusa.com/shaving-brushes-c-33.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://www.qedusa.com/shaving-brushes-c-33.html</a><!-- m -->
I recently added a 3824 to my collection. I also have the 3122.
Not a lot to add. It is a quality brush which is very highly rated. At around £80 it compares favourably with the stars of the Simpsons, Plisson and Rooney stables. A dense 24mm knot with a loft of 54mm makes for a large brush. A luxury cream brush, but equally at home with generating great lather from soaps. Face latherers might find it just a tad too big for comfort.
The Savile Row range are very nice brushes. But they are available only in the USA. It seems odd that anyone outside the USA should bother about buying them if the company restrict their shipments within their own country. Equally good alternatives are available elsewhere. But if you do decide to make the effort, the brushes will not disappoint.
