Soap: MdC Fougère
Razor: CG Level 3
Blade: GSB (1)
Post: Barts Ben Nevis

Last use of the Chubby 3, cheers again @Boycie83 it is a cracking brush. Conclusions have been confirmed and I won't be adding one to the line up, a little more backbone and I would have been reaching for the wallet. Almost a shame to be fair, especially after today's lather. Loaded it up to the nines and had enough lather to shave myself and the dog.

Smooth, refreshed and ready for a lazy day in the garden with the family and a cheeky beer or two before finishing up with a Sunday roast.

Hope everyone has a cracking day!

Cheers

Marc

A superb Sunday shave, the Signature soap and splash lending a lemony flavour to the proceedings, and the Blackland kit doing their thing with efficiency and style. What better way to start your day?
Thank you. Best Regards Brian

Fantastic, fabulous, shave. Even after 1 week the Treet Platinum is still smooth and I didnt feel there was a blade in there thanks in part to the Signature shaving Soap. (Hello Brian! ).

Sunday 17th July

Cream • Ingrams
Brush • Simpson Trafalgar T3
Razor • Timeless 0.68 SS Scalloped
Blade • Gillette Wilkinson Sword (1)
Post • Prorasso Green ASL

I cack-handedly cut my finger loading the blade - don't ask!
It took quite a while to stem the blood, and I was going to put my shave off until tonight.

The shave itself was as close to perfection as possible. Cold water prep, rinses & wash off.
I don't recall ever getting sub-par lather from Ingrams cream.
I use this cream sparingly, anticipating it becoming available over the counter again some time?

Enjoy the remainder of your weekend everyone.

Perhaps I should only use blades from dispensers if I want to keep my digits intact?

It’s been too long since I had an SE shave, so out came the Hawk and a new AC Pro blade.

I fancied something other than a citrus scent today, so I selected the TOBS Sandalwood and the Simpson’s T3 for ease of use on a lazy Sunday shave.

Boom! Lather done!
Boom! Two passes done!
Boom! ATG on the neck. All gone.
Splash, splash, splash with the Lucky Tiger.
Sorted.

Sunday 17th July

Ganders Goat Soap w/Hop, Sage & Birch
Tcheon Fung Sing Professional (Red Brick)
DS Cosmetics Professional w/Synbad Synthetic 26mm
Hawk V3 (Regular Plate) & Feather Professional (7)
Brut Sports Style Aftershave

Bringing a close to a week shaving with TFS traditional soaps covering very gently mentholated, very lightly citrus scented, very lightly almond scented and almost unscented slice from their professional red brick soap lathered up with a brush I made up from a handle from DS Cosmetics fitted with a large 26mm Synbad knot, inadvertently creating probably my favourite brush.

The Hawk V3 has done wonderfully! First with the A plate and the last two shaves with the regular plate. Personally, I can't feel a difference.

Splashes has been a run through my Brut collection: Original (and best), Musk (the best flanker), Passion (close second best flanker), Alaska, Oceans, Sports Style and the modern scented Attraction Totale. Smashing, the lot of them!
