Great shave this it really was
The progress is a fantastic razor and paired with the Henson Blade which was a first for me it went really well.
The blade was a pleasant surprise
i wasn’t expecting much but again a top drawer shave.
Hopefully it’s still as good after it’s 3 use.

Bad news for me today.
Iv decided to stay in Norway a while longer.
i’ll probably be here until the 2nd or 3rd week in june making it a 9-10 week trip,
Never mind iv got plenty of samples with me so no panic on that front although i might need to get a cheeky we order from Fitjar just to feed my habit

A colleague of mine got deported today because his visa has expired.
He landed in Oslo to be taken to a detention centre then escorted on the plane today.
Nothing exciting like that happens to me

Used fat handled Brit Tech with the Bic blade. Still a decent shave. Love the Droid and Floid combo

Monday
Loaded the Lupo .72 with a Gillette Super Blue blade. Got an absolutely superb lather from the P&B right handed giant. Used the Stirling badger fan to keep it green. Plenty of Brut a/s as I did the top of a mole again!

Still got another day off, but got physio and gym time tomorrow.

Another birthday rolled up so decided the only thing to do was try shaving with a shavette - luckily @ATG seemed to read my mind and offer up a Feather AC SS with some pro guard blades to try….

Prep: Warm Shower and 5 days growth
Pre-shave: Proraso red preshave
Razor: Feather SS Folding
Blade: Festher pro guard (1)
Brush: AP shave co G5c 28mm
Bowl: Captains choice copper
Soap: PAA Atomic Age Bay Rum

Love the scent of this soap and super slick so thought it was a good place to start. Took my time (40min start to finish….) WTG and XTG twice, ATG on cheeks.

Had my trusty Rockwell 6c on standby but not required! 5 small weepers later, done. Lovely shave - not BBS but a very close comfortable shave.

Looking forward to rolling it out again… think it’s one for the weekends with the time taken though!

Pre:
Cold wet flannel to my face.
Chantry Lavender Goat's Milk Bar Soap.
Brush: Anbbas 24mm Synthetic.
Face Lather.
Lather: La Toja Shave Stick.
Blade : Feather Hi Stainless.(D3)
Razor: Parker 94r.

Post:
Cold water face wash with brush squeezing's, Cold Water Face Rinse. /Homemade (~Spring/Summer mix~) Lemon, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Essential Oils.3 Menthol Crystals Mixed Together With 200ml of Care+Witch Hazel./ La Toja ASL./Nivea Men Replenishing PSB.

Early morning shave.

It's been a while since i last used the La Toja shave stick and forgot how good of a lather it provided leaving a good post shave feel.

The Parker razor/ Feather blade duo continued to work together wonderfully still feeling very smooth and efficient.

An enjoyable 2 pass + pick ups close comfortable shave with no errors to report...Finishing the shave off with a small dollop of Nivea Men Replenishing PSB.

My face is feeling smooth and smelling divine.

Quick and effective. I frequently use this setup when I have an early shift. I also give me a chance to use up my stock of London Bridge Blades which I don't enjoy in a DE.
2 passes for an excellent finish.

Claymore Evo - Schick Proline P #1 - Cadman Custom - OSP Spice Road Prototype - Old Spice AS - Aloe Vera Gel

Today is a special birthday, so alongside my new Claymore Evo, I decided to use my beloved brush and my all time favourite OSP soap. Such a shame the original Spice Road formula did not make it commercially viable, as this prototype is a close match to the original Shulton Old Spice. The other shame is that the small amount I have left is gradually diminishing.
